Shoot Nations
Cu ocazia Zilei Internationale a Tineretului (IYD) care are loc in
fiecare an pe 12 august 2006, se organizeaza un concurs international
de fotografie pentru tinerii cu varsta cuprinsa intre 11 – 21 ani.
Scopurile principale ale acestui concurs sunt aventura, distractia si
comunicarea. Fotografiaza diferite aspecte din viata ta, castiga
premii interesante (inclusiv aparate foto digitale, iPod-uri si multe
altele...) si admira-ti fotografiile expuse in Galeria Asociatiei
Fotografilor din Londra, Marea Britanie. Concursul incepe pe 24
iulie iar tema fotografiilor este "Calatorii". Fotografiile trebuie

Reservoir Dogs Video Game Preview
Here’s a preview of the new Reservoir Dogs video game (based on the movie). As you can see, it’s very violent. I mean VERY violent. You can play as any one of the key characters from the movie in your goal of reaching the rendezvous point. And just like in the movie, you can
cut people’s ears off in the game. That’s an actual move you can do! No wonder the game is banned in Australia.

Non photography day
"This echoed in the streams of images people showed me, the only thing I could grasp from the images was that the person had been present in this location, somehow the stories, the perceived magic of the places never emerged. I concluded that through this use of photography, people’s natural creativity with communication was and is being lost."

This was one of my favorite bands in the early 90's but they have been MIA for a few years. Now they are back and it's like they never left. The Brand New Heavies just released their album called 'Get Used To It' after taking some time apart. The latest and greatest can be heard here. Two propane tanks and an ignition system (along with a fire extinguisher!) are nestled within the bike's saddle bags, providing dual three-foot flames which shoot out of the exhaust pipes. A custom built electrical system makes sure that the flames are under control at all times.
